We booked back in 2020 for our 2023 wedding after our first consultation. We ended up being the last wedding ever to be booked at Valenzano Winery’s ballroom. Over the years, Dory and Tori were absolutely amazing to not only work with, but just to be around. We really felt apart of the family. Summit went above and beyond in not only coordinating our wedding, but also providing the most amazinggg food. Wherever your venue or party is, you won’t regret booking Summit for your food needs! Summit Catering catered our wedding last week and they were an absolute delight to work with from the initial tasting all the way through. Their food is so good we canceled the tasting we had with the other catering option because we were that sold! Their incredibly inclusive package made it so easy and we didn't have to worry about anything with the reception. Their options for cocktail hour were fantastic and plentiful, and their meals were amazing. I LOVED that we could pick four different entrees for our plated dinner.
Tori went above and beyond to ensure everything was correct throughout the whole planning process and that we were taken care of througout our whole wedding day. She and our bridal attendant, Bri, were so attentive the day of and made sure my husband and I were never without a drink or if we needed a moment alone they barricaded the doors themselves to keep anyone from interrupting our privacy. They packed up all of the leftovers for us - and there was SO MUCH (I only wish they'd pack us up all the desserts from the super awesome dessert parade!). I would 10000000% choose them again! Thank you Dory and Tori for all your amazing work and help to make our day go as perfect as it did!

The reception was honestly the part of our wedding we had absolutely no worries or reservations about. We knew it would go off without a hitch and we knew people would be incredibly impressed with the reception and Summit Catering. We’ve received so many compliments on the food, the accommodating staff, and how wonderful the reception was. Although we knew everything would be perfect, we are still blown away by how gorgeous the venue looked and how incredible the food tasted! Even our photographers told us it was the best food they ever had! Our food was fresh, five star restaurant quality!! Thank you for everything – we will never be able to give enough compliments to show you how much we appreciate everything you did for our wedding!!!!!

How do I even begin this? These guys were beyond what we could have imagined! The entire staff was something special! Tori our maître d’ was beyond what we could have imagine! She made sure everything went down without a single issue and was always around when we needed ANYTHING! If we ever need an event catered again I know who we are calling!
